These guidelines organize responsibility for ONHost decisions and operations. They do not describe committees, certifications or audit structures not reported by the company.

1. Company responsibility

COM3 Outsourcing & Projects LTDA, CNPJ 41.713.237/0001-05, is responsible for business operations presented on this website. Management must assign responsibilities for contracting, inquiries, security and personal data decisions according to actual operations.

2. Contracting and scope

Services, features, server locations, prices, licenses, responsibilities and support conditions must appear in a proposal or contract. Website forms are requests: they do not charge, register domains or activate services automatically.

3. Changes and continuity

Changes affecting services must be assessed, authorized and documented according to impact. Backups, recovery plans, maintenance windows and monitoring must be agreed consistently with scope and customer needs.

4. Provider management

Provider selection and review must consider technical requirements, privacy, security, licensing and continuity. Using third-party tools does not authorize advertising partnerships or certifications without evidence.

5. Monitoring and information
