Do all plans use cPanel?
Yes. Every ONHost hosting plan uses cPanel in Brazil and the United States. The panel centralizes hosting management, with access to files, databases and domain settings according to the contracted features.
What is website hosting?
It is the service that stores a website's files and data on a server so visitors can access it over the internet.
Are hosting and a domain the same thing?
They are different services. The domain is your website address, such as suaempresa.com.br. Hosting is where files are stored. This ONHost offer is for hosting; domain registration is not included.
Can I use WordPress?
Yes, the proposed plans support WordPress. The website, themes and plugins must be configured according to your project needs.
What is the difference between Brazil and the United States?
The Brazil option uses servers in Brazil and has higher prices. The United States offers lower prices. Proximity may improve latency for Brazilian visitors, but performance also depends on the network, website optimization and cache or CDN use. Each plan has the same features in both locations in this demonstration.
Are Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 included?
No. They are additional business email and productivity options with separate licensing. ONHost can help with selection, implementation and migration according to scope and availability. You can host your website with ONHost and use Google or Microsoft email on the same domain.
How do I choose my plan?
Start is for one website. Plus covers up to five. Business offers more space and up to fifteen. Your choice also depends on your project's traffic and resources.
Can I subscribe through the website?
You can choose a plan and complete the form. The request is sent through the configured contact channel to confirm price, availability and conditions with the team. The form does not charge you or activate hosting automatically.
