Acceptable Use Policy

These rules guide use of the ONHost website and services. Specific hosting conditions are defined in the proposal and contract.

1. Permitted uses

Services are intended for lawful websites, applications and activities, respecting third-party rights, plan technical rules and applicable law.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Distributing malware, phishing, fraud or improper credential collection.
• Sending spam or using infrastructure for unauthorized messages.
• Accessing systems without authorization, exploiting third-party vulnerabilities or carrying out denial-of-service attacks.
• Publishing unlawful content or violating intellectual property and other rights.
• Using resources in ways that compromise other customers or exceed contracted limits.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers must keep contact details up to date, protect credentials, manage their environment content and permissions, and respect plan limits. Backup routines, updates and restoration responsibilities must be defined in the contracted scope.

4. Abuse assessment

Signs of abuse must be assessed and may require proportional containment, notice, restriction or suspension according to severity, contract and applicable rules. Measures must consider infrastructure protection and preservation of the rights involved.

5. Reporting channel

Send reports to contato@onhost.com.br with the subject “Misuse”. Include the domain, description and relevant evidence. Do not send material exposing third parties beyond what is needed for assessment.
